Got something to say?
I think it’s great that people are designing bathrooms specifically for seniors. Many injuries occur from slipping in the shower or bathtub, so it’s important to make them safer for our Baby Boomer friends. I think a vintage tub would be a great idea, if the person can get in and out of it easier. It seems like a footed tub would be less slippery than a shower-tub combo, but I’m sure there are steps that they could use, and if you added railing on the sides and on the wall, it might work.
